In these brief guided meditations, you’ll find a deeply spiritual undercurrent where I focus on our essential nature as Love. I use a variety of terms to describe that which is indescribable: God, Loving Intelligence, Source. My intention is that we all experience a little more peace in our lives. All paths are welcome.

Trusting Infinite Intelligence

This guided meditation was designed for those times with the uncertainty of the world feels overwhelming. It’s an invitation to set the outer world on the altar of your heart as you turn within, connect with your breath and lean into the experience of being held and supported. In that spaciousness, we can remember that there is an infinite intelligence at work in the universe which is always seeking to provide us with greater abundance, ease and joy.

Observing Thoughts Guided Meditation

The metaphor for our thoughts in this meditation is that of fish jumping ever so briefly out of the water before returning once again to the still waters below. The fish is rising to the surface before we even notice, just like our thoughts. It is when they come above the surface, into our conscious awareness, that we claim authorship and identity around them. That we create stories around them. What if, instead, we merely observed? This observation gives our minds a chance to rest and for greater peace to emerge.
